Binti began with access and dignity. After years of importing, the business paused and rebuilt closer to home. Mrembo is the result: Binti Marvels’ first locally produced product.
2022
Binti reaches the market
Binti Pads entered commercial distribution, carried by a small team and the trust of neighbourhood retailers.
2025
A deliberate pause
Import costs, currency pressure and unreliable supply made the original model difficult to sustain. The team paused, listened and rebuilt.
2026
Mrembo, made in Kenya
Mrembo became Binti Marvels’ first locally produced product, made through a Kenyan contract-manufacturing partner.
