Kenyan data-protection rights may allow you to ask what personal information Binti holds about you, correct inaccurate information, object to certain uses or request deletion.

Send a request

Email binticreationsllc@gmail.com with the subject “Data request.” Include enough information for Binti to identify the relevant enquiry or order, but never send an M-Pesa PIN or unnecessary identity documents.

Identity and records

Binti may need to verify that the request relates to you. Some transaction, payment, delivery or consent records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute-resolution or legal duties even when other information can be deleted.
