Please inspect your Mrembo delivery when it arrives. Contact Binti as soon as possible if the order is incorrect, damaged in transit or appears defective.

Unopened sanitary products

Because Mrembo is an intimate sanitary product, opened packs cannot normally be returned. Unopened products may be reviewed when the delivered item is incorrect, damaged or potentially defective.

What to send

Share the order reference, a brief explanation and clear photographs where appropriate. Do not send your M-Pesa PIN, card details or unnecessary personal information.

How Binti reviews a request

The team checks the order, delivery and payment records before deciding whether a replacement, refund or payment reversal is appropriate. Binti will explain the outcome and the next step.

Payment safety

Approved refunds or reversals are authorised and recorded by Binti’s finance team and handled through the relevant provider. Binti will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
